Developers Brynjar Á and Sindri H released their latest project on August 23. They decided to go for a platformer clearly inspired by indie hits like Celeste. The good news is that they’re offering it for free on Valve's platform.

Slash/Jump is an indie game with a retro aesthetic that challenges you to overcome levels filled with platforms. Precision is crucial, as the game is designed to make you fail with any slip-up.
Its name refers to the key mechanics that will provide a great time. The title is starred by a peculiar knight who wields a sword. He can only jump and use his weapon to move in different directions.
This way, the recoil from the sword strikes will be very useful to overcome various obstacles. Slash/Jump is a brief game, lasting between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on your skills. Despite this, it presents a challenge due to its difficulty level.
