One of the surprise announcements of today's Nintendo Direct was Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, a collection that will include the original trilogy of the saga with several improvements. Lara Croft fans are excited for this release, but still have several doubts.
Fortunately, we now know more details about this interesting compilation, its release platforms and the improvements it will include. Below, we share with you all the information that has been revealed so far.
Everything we know about the Tomb Raider remasters
The full name of the collection is Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft. It will include the first 3 installments of the saga with all its content. The titles were visually improved, so fans will be able to enjoy more attractive scenarios and will see a Lara with an updated model.
The collection will include Tomb Raider I and The Unfinished Business; Tomb Raider II and The Gold Mask; as well as Tomb Raider III and The Lost Artifact. Also, each game will include its secret levels, so it will be the complete experience of the trilogy. In addition, we know that the titles will have an option to toggle between the modernized and classic look.
As of this writing, the collection was confirmed for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft will debut on February 14, 2024. There are currently no details about its price or release formats.
