Some time ago, Microsoft withdrew the offer of $1 for one month of Xbox Game Pass. However, the company decided to reverse this decision to the joy of gamers. While the attractive promotion is back, it's not all good news.
It just so happens that the offer underwent an unexpected change that Microsoft did not communicate. Players can still pay $1 to get into the service, but now they will have less time to get to know it due to a new restriction.
The best Xbox Game Pass offer is not so great anymore
The official Xbox Game Pass official page shows a major change to its popular $1 introductory offer. The promotion is still in effect, but now gamers will no longer receive 30 days of the service in exchange for this token payment.
Now, users will only receive 14 days of access to the service for $10 MXN. Thus, Microsoft significantly reduced the introductory offer to its platform. This applies to the first month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
It is worth remembering that the $1 promotion is not currently available for console users. So from now on it will only be possible to use the service for 14 days, and not for a month, with the introductory offer.
The news disappointed some gamers and fans of the brand, as this move was made shortly before the debut of expected games, such as Starfield. Part of the community believes that Microsoft should also reverse this decision, as it is not good for consumers.
