ELDEN RING on Xbox Game Pass? Gamers think Sarah Bond has hinted at it

Xbox executive thrilled gamers with social media message

Some gamers believe that ELDEN RING, the GOTY of 2022, is coming soon to Xbox Game Pass. The reason? Sarah Bond, corporate vice president of Xbox, posted on her social networks a mysterious message related to FromSoftware's popular game.

Fans of the studio immediately thought about the possibility of seeing the title in the service's catalog. However, we recommend you to control your expectations, as nothing has been confirmed and the game may not be on its way to Xbox Game Pass.

Xbox executive leads fans to believe that ELDEN RING is coming to Game Pass

Sarah Bond intrigued gamers with a mysterious message she recently posted on Twitter. In it, emojis of a ring and that of an old person are seen. The executive challenged the community to guess what it was about. Players were quick to decipher the message, which clearly referred to ELDEN RING.

Many took it as a hint that the game is coming to Xbox Game Pass. However, there are reasons to believe it could be a false alarm. For one thing, Bond has previously posted other similar messages for players to guess a title from emojis.

For another, this is not the first time Xbox Game Pass users believe they will soon be able to enjoy ELDEN RING in the catalog. In August 2022, Microsoft hinted that the title was on its way to the service, but later clarified that it had all been a mistake.

Now, it is remarkable that all messages with Bond emojis refer to exclusive Xbox games or titles that have been part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog. However, this is no guarantee that ELDEN RING is close to arriving on the service.

Some players believe that it is entirely possible, especially since the game is still active and will receive new content in the future. Unfortunately, for now there is nothing said about it and FromSoftware has not given any clues.
