On Friday, December 16, a totally surprising announcement has been made to the gaming community. The well-known user "The Snitch", who used to give us leaks of different games, has announced his retirement. Most likely we won't have any more leaks, but the important thing is that he is happy now, as he stated in the official announcement.
In the last 7 months, we have been getting cryptic messages and riddles from "The Snitch", a Twitter user who used to leak major games from the industry in a very unique way.
His popularity spread significantly, so a large part of the gaming community joined in deciphering his unexpected Twitter posts. And, unfortunately, this can no longer happen. It has been confirmed via Insider Gaming that he will no longer continue leaking content anymore.
"It’s going to sound narcissistic and pushy, but I’m sure I even helped some events get more visibility," says The Snitch to Insider Gaming. "It’s been quite an exciting year and 2023 is looking amazing, with a number of amazing games, but let’s face it, it’s not so much fun [for me] leaking new announcements anymore."

If you wonder what will The Snitch be doing now, he stated that he "wants to focus on new projects." He also said, "currently, I’m happy enough with the community I’ve created on Discord."
Does this mean that we might receive more major game leaks through Discord? He might give a random leak when he feels like it, but we should not expect more leaks as he already said.
