One Piece Odyssey, the upcoming RPG with turn-based combat developed by ILCA and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment will not arrive until January 2023, however, new details are out. This time, a new trailer takes the Straw Hat crew back to the Alabasta Kingdom, confirming that this location will also be available.
Apparently, they are able to come back to Alabasta based on Luffy's memories in which we will meet again with old acquaintances like Vivi and Bon Kurei, two of the fan favourites. That is not all, we will see the desert kingdom in detail as the trailer shows a bit of the flora and fauna from the Kingdom, along with some of the enemies that can likely be fought in the game.
We will leave the trailer below:
If you are not aware One Piece Odyssey is considered canon as it was in part guided during development by One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda. So, you probably don’t want to miss out on this one as the story is completely original, setting the Straw Hat crew on a mysterious island that they have never ever seen before. What dangers and treasures may be awaiting them?
Remember, One Piece Odyssey is set to arrive on January 12 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
