On July 28, Nintendo revealed via their Twitter account the second set of tracks from the Booster Course Pack is coming to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe today.

The company announced this DLC in February, and they promised to release 48 courses by the end of 2023 across six waves. The first one included eight tracks and came out on March 18, 2022.

“Hope you’re excited,” Nintendo UK tweeted. “Wave 2 of the Mario Kart 8 DeluxeBooster Course Pass launches at 15:00 (UK time) today!” Nintendo tweeted. The DLC will be available at 10 am EDT / 3 pm BST.

The second set features the Turnip Cup, which includes the tracks: New York Minute (Mario Kart Tour), Mario Circuit 3 (SNES), Kalimari Desert (N64), and Waluigi Pinball (DS),

And the Proppeler Cup, which includes: Sydney Sprint (Tour ), Snow Land (GBA), Mushroom Gorge (Wii), and Sky-High Sundae, a brand new course for the series that will arrive at Mario Kart Tour later.

Four more waves with eight courses each should release after the first two sets. Players can purchase an Expansion Pass for $24.99 and access all the courses as soon as they are released!

Users who bought a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online and the service expansion pack can play the new tracks for free as long as they remain a part of this system.
